Terms and Conditions
- I use Royal Mail international shipping and I ship from the UK.- I cannot send previews until the product arrives to me. I will do a quality check when it does, if it does not meet the standard I will reorder it for you.-Tracking is available on certain shipping options you choose, I will link you to the shipment updates.- Shipping fee depends on weight and mass of the package. Check with me if you are unsure.- I willl use bubblewrap and card to ensure nothing will be broken during shipping.- In the unlikely event that the product has been lost in the mail, please contact me and I can contact the post office and if it is unretrievable we can work to resolve it.- if you have bought a commission from me before, I am able to make your previous commission into these products.- I am happy to order products of artworks that are not mine.
